Change of use to provide 8 flats in a Highbury villa

This project consisted of the change of use and conversion of a Victorian Villa in Highbury, to create 6 new residential flats with commercial space on the ground floor.

YARD worked across all work stages from initial design through to completion. The scheme takes advantage of the Permitted Development legislation allowing office space to be converted to residential flats, and we worked closely with the clients to ensure that this was delivered to ensure the highest quality of space planning and layouts, and in turn ensure the best return for the developer.
